Pretty good product. I've only had it less than a day, but so far exactly as described. It's going to save so much room in my small apartment. However, the instructions are only pictograms, so you don't get warned that the screws can strip extremely fast. I put it together, didn't really tork the screws, just made sure they were not loose, went to put the bike in and realized I needed to lower one notch. I had already attached there pro kit because I have fenders. Went to unscrew that bit to lower everything and immediately the screw was stripped. Took probably 30 minutes with pliers to finally get the two screws undone. If you have someone to help, and are putting that pro kit on, check where the hight needs to be before attaching. If, like me, it's just you, don't tighten the screws at all before ensuring you've got everything in the right place for the hight of your bike.

I bought this to stow my bike at work. Assembly and adjustment was exceedingly simple. The only drawback it the strap to attach the front tire to the frame to keep it straight during upright storage. The strap would be better to be a small ratchet strap or bungee instead of the relatively weak velcro.

This is the most useful solution for bicycle storage in small space situations. It's ingenious. However, wish the base were heavier for greater stability. It seems as if the bike will topple over. It has not yet, but seems as if it will.

Bike stand is great! It goes together quickly, and honestly feels pretty solid. It's really easy to use as well, it took me only a moment to make a single adjustment to get the bike fitted. Once in place on my patio, I feel like I completely regained the space. This is exactly what I hoped for and I thin it was well worth it. I anticipate with the quality of the structure, I can expect it to last for years.

it’s a nice rack, bought as gift but would not buy for myself, my bikes are too heavy and the one I bought is for a street 25 lb bike

Easy to put together and easy to store the bikes on. I wanted something that my 12 year old could use to store their bike in the house, as we don't have room outside. They have no problems getting the bike off or on the rack. This is the second rack that we have bought.

Assembly wasn't bad and it worked well for my room mates smaller (49 cm) bike. My larger bike (59cm) worked ok. You definitely need to strap the front tire to the frame to keep if from flopping around. I found that I needed to also strap the rear tire to the stand, to keep the tire from slipping forward. I also found that this stand does not like under the seat bags. Having a bag under the seat makes it harder to place the bike in the stand and take it out. This stand will definitely not like my rack and trunk bag. All in all though the stand does work well.

I really like this little thing. My new, swank bike is safe and stable in her new home. I have a small garage, and I can fit my car plus a bike rack (hitched onto my car) in with the storage you see and my bike *with room to spare* bc of this little gem. It is a little challenging to get on and off, but I use my car hood to make it easier 😂 just do it slowly the first few times and you'll get the hang of it.
