Pros: This light comes with the front LED light that mounts on the handlebar and a small rear red light that mounts on your seat post. The front light is about four inches long, two inches wide, and is a bit heavy. It has three settings: full bright, low bright, and flashing. It was easy to mount, it did not do any damage to the tape on the handlebars. The casing is metallic, and it looks pretty good, just like in the web photo. The rear red light was easy to install on the seat post. It has various settings from full bright, to various modes of flashing. Also, the light can be used as a handy flashlight--I find that to be useful. Cons: If not tightened very tight, the front light tends to slip and rotate, but I was able to tighten it enough so that it stopped moving. So far I have not had to recharge as I have had for only a few rides. I suspect that when I have to re-charge, I will have to remove the lights (obviously) as they need to be charged from a standard power source with a USB type connector. Overall, quite satisfied with the light for the price, but if you are trying to keep as much weight down as possible, you might want to search for a lighter, smaller light.

For it's price, the level of quality and it's amount of features made it a huge surprise for me. In many cases, the idea of "you get what you pay for" makes the sting of something feeling cheap or breaking quickly when it was an inexpensive purchase more tolerable when it doesn't wow you on performance. However, the build quality for both the front light and tail light is great. The headlight is adequately bright on high. I really enjoy how many different light settings they have for the tail light. Also, the fact the devices indicate when they are fully charged is really nice. One bonus feature I discovered was that you don't have to cycle through all the settings (hi, low, flash, etc) to be able to turn it off as simply holding down the power button will work to shut the lights off. Don't shy away from this product because of it's price. So far, great product.

3.0 out of 5 stars For the price it's ok, but longevity isn't this light's strongsuit

Bought this light because the reviews were pretty solid. I got it mainly to be seen for road riding, not for lighting my path in the dark. The Pros: It's bright. Very bright. Low and high settings work fine, the blinking setting is great for being seen on the road at a good distance. The Cons: The battery life on this is ok for the first several months then it tapers off. When I first started using it on group rides it would easily last 3-4 hours total. Now that I've got a bunch of time using it I'm finding that it'll lose power and cut out after maybe an hour of riding. I find myself only turning it on when I'm solo because once I meet my group to ride we have enough people to be seen, and/or we've got other people in the group with lights that work. I also find that if I ride a solo ride later in the afternoon I cut it off in areas with less traffic so I can save my battery for the tail end of my ride when I might be caught around dusk and need to be seen. For the price I can't fault this thing. When you compare it to proper bike lights that are in the $100+ range it's an easy choice to make to go with this option. I'm ultimately going to upgrade to a higher quality named brand light for my long rides and keep this as a backup, or use it for dark night mountain biking in the trails where I'd still bring another light. It's super bright so it does work great, but I wouldn't put a lot of trust in the battery even on the low setting, or with the flashing.

I had this light for less than a year and its ability to charge became impossible. I just purchased a SCHWINN headlight from a different source and we will hope that this rechargeable headlight lasts longer...

The 1200 Lumens Bike Lights deliver superior illumination but are let down by less than stellar battery performance. Pros: Brightness: Super bright LEDs provide excellent visibility for safe night rides. USB Rechargeable: Convenient charging via USB, making it easy to power up anywhere. Cons: Battery Life: Despite being rechargeable, the battery life is shorter than expected. Durability: The back light seems less robust and may need careful handling. While the lighting performance is outstanding, the battery life and durability of the back light might require some improvement. Still, for visibility and safety, these lights do a commendable job.

Very bright and even lowest setting throws a good beam on the road and lights up reflective street signs that are way up ahead. Long press the power button while turning off and it will return to the last brightness setting when next turned on. Didn't have it clipped on all the way once and it came off going over some bumps on cement road at 15 mph... got a little banged up but still works with no cracks or breaks at all. Uses old micro USB port to charge, wish it was USB-C... but it holds a charge for quite a while so that doesn't bother me too much.

The lights are bright on both the front and the back. Super easy to adjust. Feels good knowing my son has these on his bike……

It's bright enough to see things in the bike lane which is important to me. You see her in Yakima WA the street sweeper just sweeps the glass and debris into the bike lane. I usually ride on the road for this reason.
